Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund you must demonstrate that the service did not meet the specifications as advertised.

Non-Refundable Items and Services:

To complete your refund request, we require proof of purchase (order confirmation email or transaction ID).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time (5-10 business days) before a refund is posted.

Sale Items and Promotional Offers

Only regular-priced subscriptions may be refunded. Promotional offers, discounted subscriptions, and sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

Service Issues

If you experience technical issues or service defects that prevent you from using QuickDimension.com as intended, please contact us immediately at appointmentsetter995@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.

Gifts and Gift Subscriptions

If a subscription was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of the unused portion. Once the refund is processed, a credit or gift certificate will be issued

If the subscription wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation.
